I know, blatent misuse of my website, but I've put my house up for sale (but we are staying in the area) at an asking of £137,950 its an absolute bargain for the area (lowest priced semi in Countesthorpe on Right Move - but it does need a new kitchen!!)
Its a 2 bed semi, small bathroom, good size lounge and kitchen and views of the countryside from the bedroom window (slightly blocked by house, but a nice location). If you know anyone who maybe interested, I'd be very grateful if you let them know....sorry for the plug :-))
Having lived with my father smoking for year, I didn't think this would worry me, but I'm really looking forward to it!! (sorry smokers!!). This website has information on what needs to be done by premise. I spent a few weeks in Ireland when they first introduced the ban and I have to say it worked really well. Smokers had somewhere outside to go that was generally covered and the inside smelt better....although with no smoke, I promise you will not have other smells masked anymore!!
